I take pictures and draw and paint and glue things together, ride my skateboard and frolic with my border collies.

At RIT I had a professor who completely tore my work apart during our first critique, it was the first time anyone had said anything really negative about my art, it wasn't necessarily a "fail" because the work was pretty decent, but at the time I felt like a total failure. Later I realized that he knew it was the only way he could push me to make even better work.
